Very rude and unprofessional. Had to cancel and order two minutes after placing and got screamed at told the food was already ready and I had no choice, meanwhile I have a flat tire We have been going here for years service has gone down hill.

We ordered takeout and we're told 15 minutes. We arrive on time to be told the order was not ready - strike one - we then see the sushi chief begin our order and take out the tuna from the "fridge" ( we ordered a few pieces of tuna sushi) he is feeling the different pieces of tuna which I think is weird, come to find out it's because it is frozen and he was checking which was less solid. I know this because once home we went to eat and the tuna was still frozen in the middle. I must also comment on the fact that I am no professional sushi chief but the cuts of sushi were so low grade it alone made us lose our appetite. Also the soy sauce they use is horrible , so flavorless! Safe to say we will NEVED order from here again !

Food was good but not amazing. Resteraunt itself is nicely decorated inside, however I got food for takeout. It was a fairly low wait time.
